BLACK MARKS

Black marks are issued by the NZP administrator. The issuance of a black mark is decided upon when a complaint is laid and an objective investigation has been carried out. This decision is taken with fairness in mind and the decision is final.

Black marks are only issued to people who...

• Pester and/or pressure others
• Threaten others
• Obnoxious, abusive or unfairly confrontational
• Demand or offer payment for sex
