Question. Can I post you cash instead of a cheque?
Answer. Yes.  Follow the same instructions given for cheque payments.
BE CAREFUL! Ensure your envelope is well sealed - some postal workers have been known to steal cash out of envelopes.

Question. What are "subscription renewals" ?
Answer. Your first fee payment is known as an "initial" subscription, and all subsequent fee payments are known as "renewals".  We occasionally run specials on renewals.
 
Question. Is it safe to pay by credit card, and how safe is it?
Answer. 100% safe.
We use a secure connection (SSL) to pass information to the credit card company to process transactions. We don't store credit card numbers for any longer than a few minutes.

Question. Do you automatically deduct payments from credit cards every month?
Answer. No.
 
Question. What will my payment show up as on my credit card statement?
Answer. "NZP Ltd" will show on your statement
 
Question. If I pay by Internet Banking, what will my payment show up as on my statement?
Answer. It's up to you.  When you make a bill payment you can specify your own reference details; 
this is what will show up on your statement
 
Question. How long does it take to receive full access?

Question. How long does it take to be fully enabled if I pay by Internet Banking?
Answer. It can take anywhere up to 3 working days for your payment to be received.  
This delay is because of the banking system, not us.  We check for new fee payments several times each day.
 
Question. How long does it take to be fully enabled if I pay by Depositing the money at an ASB Branch?
Answer. Normally, this kind of payment is processed immediately.
We check for new fee payments several times each day, so you should receive a receipt soon after..
 
Question. How long does it take to be fully enabled if I pay by Credit Card?
Answer. No delay.  You get instant access.
 
Question. How long does it take to be fully enabled if I pay by Cheque?
Answer. It can take anywhere up to 5 working days for your payment to be received by mail and cleared by the bank. This delay is because of the postal and banking system, not us.  We check our post box every 2nd day.
 
Question. Why can't I pay by American Express?
Answer. The NZ division of AMEX claim that they do not support Internet payments for websites that are of an "adult nature".  If you have a complaint about this decision, complain to them (not us).
