I suspect my account has been hacked, what can I do?

"Hacking" is when someone else gains access to your personal login account. 

Hacking is a serious offence and violates our rules.  Anyone that is found hacking into other members accounts will be swiftly deleted and permanently banned!

If it has already happened, here's what to do...

contact the NZPersonals administrator and explain why you suspect your account has been hacked.  We will investigate and take immediate action.

Here's what to do to avoid being hacked...

We strongly suggest that you keep your password secret and do not give it to anyone.  DO NOT choose a password that anyone can easily guess.  A general rule of thumb when choosing a password, is to mix words and numbers together, like "fred123" (for example)
