INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THIS... |

1. DON'T email NZP about
this
Run through the following suggestions and read through the checklist
below.
Only contact us if none of the following resolves your
problem.2. READ the message we
sent you (titled "YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
IS INVALID")
It tells you exactly what the
problem was, it will be one of three problems...
- Your email inbox is full (or over quota); or
- A mailbox doesn't exist at the address you gave; or
- Your email provider is rejecting emails from NZPersonals.
3. FOLLOW this procedure to fix
it...
If your email inbox is full (or over quota), do the following...
(Must be done in this order)
- Log in to your email account () and
clear out (delete) old messages to free up some space.
- Click
here to reset your NZPersonals account and request a new confirmation
email. An email will be sent to you that you must
open and inside the email is a confirmation link that you must
click.
- That's all.
If you're getting "A mailbox doesn't exist at the address you gave", do the
following...
(Must be done in this order)
- This is the email address that you supplied when you joined:
Check the spelling, and make sure it is typed correctly. If you
have mistyped your email address, then go to step 3.
- If your email account was closed, then do one of the following: 1)
reopen your old email account; or 2) open a new email account (we
recommend that you use Google for email (gmail.com)
because they are more reliable than Hotmail or Yahoo). Warning:
if you do decide to use Hotmail or Yahoo, you may not get any of our
emails.
- Click
here to change your email setting and request a new confirmation
email. An email will be sent to you that you must open and
inside the email is a confirmation link that you must click.
- That's all.
If your email provider is rejecting emails from NZPersonals, do the
following...
- Change email providers or change your email antispam settings.
We recommend that you use Google for email (gmail.com)
because they are more reliable than Hotmail or Yahoo. Warning:
if you do decide to use Hotmail or Yahoo, you may not get any of our
emails.
- Click
here to change your email setting and request a new confirmation
email. An email will be sent to you that you must open and
inside the email is a confirmation link that you must click.
- That's all.
