  Photo's must feature you.  Pictures obtained from another website, picture scan, or other means are not permitted.  Photo's that feature other people or artwork created by someone else are subject to permission issues - because of this and the difficulties entailed in obtaining legal permission, we choose not to allow this material.

• NZPersonals reserves the right to edit, amend or refuse to publish any advertisement that is deemed by NZPersonals to be of an offensive nature.

• All information on the NZPersonals site and all code used by nzpersonals is copyright and remains the property of NZPersonals and shall not be used in whole or part without the permission of the nzpersonals proprietors.

• No real names, phone numbers, addresses or e-mail addresses are to be published by any NZPersonals subscriber unless specifically prompted to supply the information.

• No names (or addresses) of other services, websites, or products are to be advertised or promoted on this site by any nzpersonals subscriber unless specifically prompted to supply the information.

• NZPersonals accepts no responsibility for any messages sent by its members.

• Abusive or threatening behaviour is not permitted on NZPersonals.

• NZPersonals reserves the right to remove and / or ban any user who does not adhere to the rules.

• While it is free to join, NZPersonals is a commercial website and is sustained by payments from subscribers. We do allow a certain level of free usage, however certain restrictions/limits may be placed on your NZPersonals account until a subscription payment is received. Becoming a "full subscriber" will enable you to use the more advanced features of this site.

• NZPersonals do not refund fee payments.

• NZPersonals cannot be held responsible for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of the use of the NZPersonals service.
