Adding new photos

Hi, i not sure if this the right site or not, sent an email to NZP three days ago had no reply. I want to add new photos to my profile from off my own photos. But when I click on to add a photo all I get is an arrow of which I click on goes to my camera.
In earlier days it was easy to add a new photo, now I find it complicated. .??

I had the same problem once. Try a different server Chrome, or one of the others. Worked for me then.

NZP have changed the system, i have had same server for years, have s3nt email to NZP plus this but the6 do not answer.m

So, have you tried another server as well?
Nothing like trying to solve the problem

I have chrome, have tried many things, including another computer, but still no response from NZP .
