Where do people go

Hi, pretty new to this, I have noticed the checkmate in wellington has closed down, I only went a couple of times, as too nervous....is there anywhere else to go for daytime fun that's relaxed and non judgemental???? Thanks in advance

Think all thats left open in Wellington (& Lower North Island) is Peaches & Cream in Petone. Would also like to know if there are other venues.
Have no idea if relaxed and non judgmental, have yet to visit them myself.
