Like minded
Discussion - started by Peaceman, posted on 9-Jun-21 3:32PM
I find it so amusing when someone puts virtually nothing on their profile and then says "Looking for like minded people"

How the hell are we supposed to know if we are like minded? We all have different tastes.

So, so true. And then getting no answer when you ask what they want out of it all.

Personally, I don’t understand how anyone expects to get any interest when there’s nothing on their profile to go by.
The other comment on profiles that makes me smile is
“Just looking round”.
Why would I want to know that??

There are way too many incomplete Profiles. It takes a short time to complete, IMO It should be compulsory. As should a Photo of some form, way too many Blanks.

I don’t have a photo as in a small town but if requested I will always send one.

I'm inclined to agree. I prefer to get to know people by their profile and how they communicate, rather than on what they look like.

Obviously, they are looking for other people who also have nothing going on upstairs!

Full stop required after “have few limits”.
Posted on 10-Jun-21 6:33AM
I'll fix that now , sorry Sir
Posted on 10-Jun-21 6:35AM
I've fixed that issue

Ok you finished the sentence with a full stop later but let’s now put a comma after “have few limits” others it sounds like all your limits are because of East Auckland or only apply there. That is what first concerned me. 😕

“Other wise”, I meant to write.
Posted on 10-Jun-21 6:46AM
Forgot to save it last time but fixed now

I find it amusing that you're so active on here but its mostly complaining, or talking about what you want but aren't getting.

I totally agree too. Then I have the opposite problem where people ask me questions that are explicitly answered already in my profile. When I point out this fact, I so often get "yeah, your profile is so long I didn't read it all".

Like seriously...that's okay but why the fuck did you bother to message me then???

Absolutely" why contact someone if you haven't read all the profile??
People should only reply if they can honestly say they fit the requirement.
Waste of time just like the one word message.."hi"
When you ask.. what you looking for?"
They answer " fun".
Just a total waste of time.
