Things are working out OK in the Bay. The people there are resilient and resourceful. They got supplies running into the bay again (food, fuel, mail) within 24 hours. It was locally done, not by government. My hat's off to them; lots of people have clearly prepared for this possibility. Unfortunately I was out of the bay at the time, and that's left me stranded on the other side of the hill. But when you live in a campervan, the sun's out and the sea's warm... well that not too bad is it?
