No however often at that age the ability to properly asess a situation and weigh up the pros and conz/long term dangers e.g. std, pregnancy, the possibility of abuse, the fact the other person could be gloating or spreading rumors, the long term physical and mental damage if not done in a correct and safe manor just to name a few. I'm not for one moment suggesting that all people are that naiive at sixteen just however myself and most of my mates were, some of us grew up sheltered and some of us diddnt and this hasn't even touched on the subjects of alcahol or drugs and peer pressure. This is Just my personal opinion though not trying to stir shit.
