These Gatherings are to suit all types and reasons for meeting, from a social evening chatting and enjoying supper, through to play in our multi purpose space.

From lockable private rooms to comfortable play rooms, the small dark space, or the dungeon with swing and orgy space...

We provide all supplies except Alcohol which is BYO, you bring an open mind, let the evening take you where you wish.

$20 per person cash on arrival covers the house and supplies for the evening.

We will continue to hold monthly parties as well as offering the house for private meetings, both daytime trysts and overnight encounters, when available.

Overnight accommodation is available after parties if booked prior, this will be $40 per room accommodating up to two guests
