Was thinking a campsite meet up and few drinks over happy hour then …. Who knows what , but wondering if there are other Chch based camper freaks? Xx

I'm there now!!! Beautiful and sunny (when it stood raining!). Got toys and there's no one around!!! Are you still around?

We have just returned from a South Island tour. We met 5 couples in our van. All were nzmca members. We arranged to meet 2 at caravan parks and played there. 1 couple we met in a bar and found out they were staying at same park.
We met 3 locals. One allowed us to park for nights and arranged a party for us.
We usually only meet couples but did meet a lovely young guy while skinny dipping at an otago lake.
Great trip with some fun times.

All pre arranged. Some we arranged to meet at a certain camp on a date, others we contacted locals. Only once did we arrange to meet a couple at a bar and found out they were also in a van at our park.
Swinging in a caravan isn't that easy with 4 people.
We did meet 1 male without arranging but we were skinny dipping. We don't usually meet males.
Part of the reason for the trip was to have quite a few meets.
