Announcement about Microsoft mail services

Hi everyone, happy new year to you all.

Just a heads up.

Microsoft controlled services:
Hotmail.com
Outlook.com
Msn.com
Live.com

NZP is being bombarded with thousands of messages from Microsoft controlled mail servers. All returned emails are reporting that notifications that are sent to your address are being refused for no specific reason.

If you are with any of the above mail services, this will affect you because it means we can't reply to your enquiries or password reset requests, or sign ups.

It might pay to switch over to another mail service.

We're hoping this weirdness will be resolved soon

I recommend that you all complain to Microsoft about it. When I say 'microsoft' I mean your mail service. i.e if you're with hotmail, complain to hotmail

Mine are coming through as normal on Outlook so far

Our 2nd complaint to Microsoft appears to have gotten their attention. (fingers crossed)
The error reports have finally stopped.

If you were affected by the notification blocking problem last week, can you check that you're receiving notifications from NZP now.
