All about the "Verified New Zealander" status
Our system verifies your location based on (a) your connection's IP number, and (b) your email address. If at least one of these traces back to a New Zealand location, then you will receive a status of "Verified New Zealander".
If you don't have a "Verified New Zealander" status, you can check why by going to "Options", and clicking "Get verified as a New Zealander". If none of the trace tests succeed, your only alternative is to provide an email address that originates from New Zealand by going to "Options", and clicking "Change your Email address".
