Usage Problems

Question. I've paid but I'm still on limited access, why?; or
I've successfully changed my email address, but am still being told that there's a problem.
Answer.

First, try logging off, close your browser windows and log into nzp again to see if that clears it up.

If that fails, it could be your browser's cache settings that are wrong - you're getting pages that are actually stored on your machine (rather than from nzp). Try clearing your browser's cache (stored pages) and also check the cache settings.

If all the above fails, try rebooting your PC.
