Looking for my forever person

Hi
I enjoy joking around with friends and family, taking the piss out of each other (yes i can be a dumbass, blond or dork sometimes) and having a chill, relaxed, light hearted time. I tend to match others moods or temperaments though so if you are constantly serious, angry or depressed you may not get to see this side of me.

I have two grown children who are my world and very close to and a cat who they say is my third child, he's got me wrapped around his little paw honestly.

I work full time in a job I absolutely love which challenges me and I'm proud of what I achieve. We've just moved to 4 days in the office (undecided whether it's a good thing or not) so travel to the city half the week, so happy having podcasts to listen to.

Im a complete homebody. I do venture out when the occasion arises and more if in a relationship obviously, but am happy just relaxing in my space with a good book, movie, craft project, jigsaw puzzle, gardening or just lying on the deck in the sun.

I love exploring new places and cultures through travel. When traveling I enjoy visiting attractions, museums, wildlife parks, aquariums and take the opportunity to take millions of photos of the wildlife and landscape (apologies now for making you wait for me while I take 20 photos of a duck in the water, probably more if theres babies haha).

My outlook on life is I just want to be happy, feel loved, no drama or stress (doesn't everyone lol) this is what I strive for.

I'm looking for my best friend, my lover, my safe place, my comforter, my sounding board, my hero, my strength ... my forever person.

The ideal person for me would be someone who likes kidding around and having a laugh. Someone who is strong willed but communications and negotiates the outcome in a healthy way. I am looking for someone who listens to understand not to be right, values honesty and communication in a relationship and who is willing to put in the effort to build a strong and loving connection.
