Being upfront with this: I was diagnosed with herpes (HSV 2) Nov 2023. I manage it with daily antivirals & monitor it.

I am looking to chat, meet people, get to know them & see what happens. I eventually want a long term relationship, which takes time & joint effort to build.

I'm a 54yr old divorced professional, mellow, liberal, Christian, transguy (FTM) and cat dad (3 of them).

I have a few tattoos, piercings & a dad bod with bumps & scars. I've been working on my dental health after not being able to afford it during my long term relationship.

Interests include:
- cultures & my annual Auck museum pass
- walks & gardening
- movies
- reading
- creative thorough photography, amateur drawing, colouring and miniature painting.
- playing board games & interested in getting into TTRPGs
- cooking & baking.

I love my coffee (filter or espresso style & Turkish) and teas (loose leaf mostly).

Small social gatherings are easier for me. I prefer quiet cafes and venues. I'm not a party guy nor into clubs. I can be on the shy side at times.

Looking for someone kind, understanding and compassionate. I'd appreciate a sense of humour (not a cruel one, not into pranks).

Open communication, honesty & respecting boundaries are important to me. We don't need to share all the same hobbies or interests. Commonality and diversity are fine.

They need to be accepting of my identity and open-minded. I am out as a trans guy and queer Christian. I won't hide who I am for other people.
