Beauty Will Save The World

Life, as embodied within the highest potentiality of eros, ought to be: Companionship, Honest Exchange, Beauty, Romance, vision, forward momentum through the proverbial heights of heaven and the darkest depths of hell; a Higher Idealism contained within the tension of seemingly irreconcilable opposites. Otherwise is to live inauthentically, reduced to a passive subject devoid of strength of character, and, furthermore, in the absence of shared joy traversed through the terrors and ecstatic exuberances of this life. "You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star," as exhorted the German romantic philosopher Nietzsche.

Such things, moments, are best truly shared together with others without fear, pretense, or anticipation, but rather honest, non-discriminating partnership.

The future, life and death, temporality, what has come before, what will come hereafter, the present tense, reality, everyday concerns; the beauty of the present moment however much fleeting it is in like manner to falling stars upon the firmanent already long extinguished - over which none has either possession or absolute power! To live within body, mind, spirit - tripartite, unassailable harmony, and mutually interdependent unity, in which each complements and balances its opposite and other.

In a world seemingly gone mad, within this passage of time - there is nothing more noble than beauty; and it is thus beauty that will save our world; the Dionysian madness around oneself transmogrified into the birth of a dancing star.
