Hi there, just started getting interested in Shibari/Kinbaku and wondering if anyone knows of anywhere I can get some nice feeling rope?
Thanks!

Hi bad daisy, hemp and sex shops have rope.
I think if you're starting out, maybe do research on nz sites, join a local munch, communicate with rope enthusiasts as although it's not my thing there is a wealth of knowledge on the net. Also check out two knotty boys. You tube etc

Try other stores, i've brought my cotton rope from a 1-2-3 dollar type store, it was in the hardware section, 1 m for about $ , basic unbleached stuff that is soft.

Also we have a local emporium that has all sorts of stuff for sale and they sell cotton rope by the metre $ p/m and they sell a lot of it to people who make poi's .

So have a look in those odd shops, or maybe you could get someone to buy it and post to you?
