Does the cold weather lower your libido?

Homo Sapiens are the only animals on heat all year round, so my Zoologist friend tells me.
Thank goodness we don't just have a frantic rutting season for 2 weeks every April like deer do. For some people here I think it is 52 week rutt.
Anyway, Does the snow outside make us want to hunker down in our cave and have a breather?
