Meeting couples is in my view more tricky as there has to be a four way like. If a meeting is set up its best to only agree to just that a drink anything more and it may set your partner up to feel obligated to play or play with someone they are not attracted to. A party or event on the other hand is great for new comers as it allows you to take your time and put a toe in the water and just check things out. To meet later perhaps or go to another event to take things further as confidence allows.
