Yes I have used it. You need to take it daily, I had no side effects but I produced more cum and felt more horny and sexual

Yes I have this problem but I use a cock pump to get semi hard and a cock ring to keep it up but still not hard enough for penertration

They are not good I have tried injections far better results less side effects problem A scrip required and $ 30 per injection but you can get a good hard on for 45 mins good if you want to penertrate

The most promising seems to be the Vacurect pump which has an integrated tension ring. Put it on, pump it up, take it off leaving the tension ring on to keep everything hard!

I have this issue but minor .if I am turned on I get fully hard but it varies.I take a blue pill an hour before and no problem .Also if a meet is planned delay taking BP pills until after
