Problems logging in
First...
Check you are typing your name & password correctly. If you need

Have you travelled to another country since you signed up?

Third...
If the problem persists... Go to the NZPersonals home
page, type your
name/password and hit [log on], then "read" the home page after
logging in - the home page may be trying to tell you that there is a problem.
The three common reasons why you can't log in are...
- You have disabled cookies
Check and reset your cookie settings and other settings...

- Your security settings are too tight

- Your account has been closed or deleted
Two possibilities...
3.1. You have previously unsubscribed from this service.
3.2. We have closed your account. Contact us to check.
If none of the above work and you have previously been able to log
on without problems...
1. Think about what you have installed or changed on your computer directly before this problem started. Try uninstalling or
undoing the changes and see if the problem goes away.
2. Try running a virus check on your computer.
3. Try running a spyware/scumware check on your computer. Two good
anti-spyware programs are: "SpyBot Search & Destroy"
and "Lavasoft's Adaware".
Other things to check...
- Your "firewall" and/or "anti-virus" settings
might be blocking cookies or blocking scripts.
Cookies and scripts are essential for smooth browsing on the Internet - we suggest you never disable these things.
Final Suggestions...
- Try restarting your computer.
- Try closing all browser windows and reopen nzpersonals.
- If all else fails, try accessing nzpersonals using a different
browser or different computer.
