I find that simply moving your bowels a bit in advance is usually sufficient. I personally often find all the douching many people do makes matters worse! Most of the time with a decent diet little other than a bowel motion and some time for the body to adjust following it is needed.

I also think if you want to play in those areas you can't be completely freaked out by the occasional encounter. I'm def not into scat, but as a lover of anal play I'm accepting of the human body and the natural use of it when accidents happen.

If I am going to use anything I prefer the hot water bottle style douching kits. You do need a lot of time in advance to do a good job though. Multiple run throughs and then a reasonable time for the body to absorb the water.

It's just a style of kit you can buy. They generally come in one of three methods of delivery for water/fluid

- bulb type you squeeze usually about half a liter max
- water bottle types usually a couple litres and gravity fed
- the connect to the tap style. Unlimited in volume but expert level required to use.

I prefer the middle ground ones. Effective but low risk. Easily transportable and cleanable.

Yes enemas are another level again but probably on par with the middle ground option that 'Nersayus' mentions above.

Have ensured a good bowel movement sometime beforehand. Guess others right with anal play maybe encounter occassionally so if dont like prob should not go there

I think diet in the day or so before plays a huge part. Avoid too much meat and have a good balance of fibre. Some people just have different constitutions too, so it pays to know your body.

I find douching about 2 hours before the time using luke warm water does the trick. Using the bulb type applicator. About half a litre and taking your time getting rid of it.
Afterward when all is clear a hot shower and some playtime with yourself using one?s favourite toy, just to make sure all the fluids is cleared.

I think one of the things to remember is that if you're doing anal play then you are having a party at shits house and while that is awesome and fun, you can't be freaked out by a small accidental arrival of something undesired. I think when you take some of the pressure off about that it helps everyone relax and contributes to a lot more fun
