What are the risks of ATM (Ass to Mouth) play? Assume theres a risk of cross contamination from ass/cock to mouth?
Realise this isnt everyones thing however I'm curious as to how this can be done without the obvious happening!?
Surely this comes down to preparation and ensuring the anus is clear?
Would love to hear more about this.....

I've been happy to take the risk with my tongue but for the right person. Had ATM once but wasn't really as we showered after penetration.

Ass to mouth is got add. No different really to giving anal oral sex. Just make sure the person that is giving anal is reasonable and if there is anything undesirable after anal that they go and clean

I've done this a few times. I recommend a shower before hand to make sure everybody is nice and clean. The downside that was mentioned to me was the aftertaste of the lube.
Another time, we were both drunk (Tequila of all things) and there was no real downside.
I think the main thing to consider is to be prepared by being clean. Also, maybe look into flavoured lube, I'd avoid chocolate.

Anal oral is totally different. You don't get past the 2nd muscle. Using a butt plug or dildo with a lot of lube is a good option. If the liver is stimulated prior (coffee/alcohol etc) you'll get movement as things slide in and out. After a bit of that play it should be all clear and well lubed for ATM.

I've never tasted shit with rimming whereas ATM I'd assume you would have a higher chance off.

I saw some nice vids on anal in Barbarellas today.
