Looking for affordable day rooms in Auckland

Seems to be a bit of a mission these days to secure a day room for a few hours, welcome your suggestions

Auckland area, willing to travel but not too far out over the shore. West, South, Central Auckland works for me.

The Avondale Motor in on Ash St in Avondale used to do rooms for $50/hr. But that was a while back, I don't know if they still offer this.

It was never mentioned on their website, they just had a sign out front.

And the motels up redoubt rd manukau have a day room 2
not sure on prices sorry hun
