CCK is the best club - maybe the only one left now?

To begin with a 🎉 party may be overwhelming, if you hook up with a couple who are more experienced and willing to go at your pace would be a way to go until you get the hang of it

Kiwiswingers is the most active online community - people are generally friendly and very helpful. I have encountered some couples and single females on FetLife who are involved in the swinging scene too, but be prepared to sort the 'wheat from the chaff' as it were.

For clubs, I can tell you Tawse Manor was great back in the CHCH days, but I gather they have moved to Dunedin so can't comment on how good or active that club is anymore. As a previous poster mentioned, CCK seems to be the most popular in NZ.

Adult couples don't do parks or cars.
A party isn't a bad idea. You don't have to screw the whole room. Assess the crowd. Chat to some and choose who your comfortable with. At least you get to look before you choose.
Most importantly, relax, have fun and make friends

Agreed Robbie rabbit, no requirement to do anything you don't want to at a gathering, make contacts first
