there are soooo many options,...its trial n error so to speak....my 2 favs are the 1 with a rubber extension and ball ring(slips over my balls to hold in place,with the actual prostrate massager is thin with a tappered "knob" on the end) so my hands are free to do "other" things,..other is a big fat,long vibrating 1,...depends what mood im in.

plenty you can by at sex shops that will stimulate your prostate if you ever buy a rechargeable one do not use it in shower......
