Little Blues
Discussion - started by Peaceman, posted on 20-Jun-21 1:57PM
I was having a discussion with someone about the little blue tablets.
There are lots on the market, Viagra, Vedafil, Cialis, Sylvester, etc and all contain the active ingredient of Sildenafil.

So one would assume they all work the same way.
But according to my mate, not so. He says some brands work better than others.

What is your experience with this, if any? Would love to hear from the ladies as well.

Good question. I thought that they were all the same. I have only had experience with Viagra and Vedafil. They both perform their function very well with small doses for me but... sometimes I get terrible headaches later (after the fun finishes!). The doc says that this is something that you can get with any of them...

Even if they share the same active ingredient, the rest of the formula can be different...it makes sense that they'll cause different reactions and effectiveness in different people just like other medications like anti-depressants or painkillers do.

In the end, we're all just unique vats of chemical soup and adding new ingredients into our mixes won't always produce the same effects!

Gives new meaning to the old phrase "not tonight - I have a headache"

My mate was also saying that there are times, even with the appropriate stimulation, the tab doesn't seem to do the job. And he is on the full tab!

Oh damn, definitely worth speaking to his GP about that, it might be some other medication he's on or maybe that brand isn't the best one for him

Hi I've tried viagara and cialis to no avail. I put it down to type 2 diabetes and /or age.

I guess there comes a time as we age that things just don't function as they used to.

There can be different doses with different pills also; some are more powerful than others.

I was lucky, the viagra worked pretty well on the day, but cialis worked for the weekend. Unfortunately, the cialis also caused a temporary arthritis so had to stick to the viagra. Again, they both worked, but my experience was, neither worked if I was stressed, overly tired or nervous.

The other thing that I find is that the effect lasts for a couple of days. Nice to feel like I'm 18 again!

Unwise to buy them like that. Easy as these days to get them from your doc or pharmacy.

That’s my understanding of them. Viagra - quick time, good hard-on and then over, whereas the Cialis is longer lasting, but I found I wasn’t as hard. Didn’t seem to bother anyone, though still had a bloody good time.

I get flushing having taken them and then almost mild flu-like symptoms afterwards. But it’s a small price to pay.

See your doctor, easy as but now I think you can talk to the pharmacist and fill out a survey
Posted on 24-Jun-21 9:31AM
You can. 10 minutes, dead easy.

I believe pharmacist is real easy. Just a few quick health questions and a blood pressure check.

I recommend you speak to your gp. Better history and safer, just my two cents worth.
