Somewhere to have intimacy in Wellington

I know I've asked a couple of years back but asking again in case there is somewhere - does anyone know of somewhere for two people to go to enjoy some intimacy in Wellington. No not wanting Play Hutt, Peaches and Cream, public or car. Looking at somewhere that can be used for a few hours prefers cash or free and not dodgy. Has to be clean and tidy. Let me know if you know of anywhere. Thanks for reading

My fwb stays in Kelburn and her home is open if you didn't mind another couple having some fun in the same room? Discreet place out the way and discreet couple.

I understand this need and am asking anyone reading this for their small interactions politely .
Ive got a cuple spare rooms and i could possibly fit out one for this if this is valueable too all .
Located in a secure sexy house in berhampore i ask for rough guides of what would be expected of in regards too the facilities offering besides cleanliness privacy and safety and a springy bed and also what would this roughly be worth too you ladies and gents fairly 🤷🏾‍♂️
