Rent a room in Wellington

Just putting it out the to get a real feel....
How would people feel about room by the hour rental?
Lower hutt based.

Operation/booking hours are from
10am-4pm.
Meaning last booking is 4pm.

Parking outside front door.
Complete discretion.
Online booking system.

No contact entry. Keyless entry. (Code will be provided and time activated)
No contact exit.
Ring doorbell security.
Guidelines to use agreement.

Bedroom and ensuite use only...
Towels and linen provided.

Room hire per hour
Admin fee
Cleaning fee

Note each booking is an hour block.
There are no extensions on times during your stay. You will be asked to leave by the cleaners or security can be called.
If you need hours you must purchase in the original purchase block.
For instance.... Wed at pm book then add on hr (extra )
Subject to availability at booking.



Total cost will be
Room hire .
Cleaning fee .
Admin fee .
Addon hr .
Total cost . total time slot.. pm - pm.
                   
I'm gathering interest to see if this is needed..
Feedback would be great.

This could be an awesome arrangement depending on the rates. Most would agree, meetings often do not happen due to no facilities or discrete place to play. Hope it can work and kudos to those involved setting it up.

Lower hutt area.
If rates are around 50ph plus cleaning and admin fee.
Hopefully to start in the new year.

So I'm thinking 50ph use
Cleaning fee of 20 dollars
Admin charge of .
Max use of hrs. Must be made at time of booking as add on. No extensions granted during stay as timers on locks change. This is activated on the booking day mins prior to self entry.

House is a new build.
So apartment style.
Staged and use will be of only
Room and ensuite.

Also max use of two hours per booking.
And the locks and code provided will activate five minutes prior to time slot.
Will de activate ten minutes after time expires.
Cleaner has their own code.
They are instructed to request anyone to leave.
They have a schedule based on the booking system. Time poor is unwanted and no unsavory characters.

It'll be nice and plain setting lovely bed.
Cushions.
End seating.
Beside tables with lamp.
Curtains/blinds can and advised to be drawn.
Wastebasket in both room and bathroom.
Towels+ in ensuite bathroom and linen basket for dirty.

Just a place to take time out for fun and go on with your day.

Fantastic idea, having a no place to play is one of the main obstacles for meetings.
The place sounds nice a having a code entry is great.

There’s long been a need for such a facility in the Wellington area. Auckland’s had a number of such ‘Love Hotels’ for a number of years now.
