I've seen guys use the plastic pump water bottles. You pull the white plastic bit of the top. Seems to work good

Iv tried that to but I can't keep holding it I have to lay on my side to try do it

Easiest way is to hop in the bath. Fill bottle up and squat down on to it and guide the opening into your hole.relax and squeeze

Water bottle does work ok but it's a bit crude. Pick one with the smoothest top. Lie on your back with your feet up in the air.... Gravity helps

all jokes aside bottles do work but are tricky. I'd go with the proper kit
