When paying by bank transfer,
most people follow our instructions perfectly, but some days we will see a spate of payments come through with NO REFERENCE number whatsoever, the statement only shows the name on their bank account (which is of no use to us).

This makes it impossible for us to work out who made the payment.

So, please... if you ever forget to provide the reference number with your payment, then reach out to us using the 'contact us' form or reply to the reminder message that was sent to you.

The sooner you do this, the quicker we can process your payment.
