That's a shame. Unfortunately I can't accept your advice. They have provided our Internet and mobile for many years with no issues.

How did they steal from a prepaid? I've been with them for years and never had any issues

They reckoned Karen had used up all her data and she wasnt using DATA at all

I stick with skinny prepaid on unlimited $40 plan for my internet & phones. I had Spark do it to me last weekend coz I sucked threw my data. But everything of mine is going to skinny. I stick with cellphone tower coverage for internet.I get faster better speeds hot-spotting than having a cable plugged it. It stops the scammers & hackers trying to knock you out. I live rurally not into paying any extra than I need to. I don't get Fibre but cellphone coverage is pretty decent

Was with 2 degrees for years and happy then changed providers to get a bundle internet phones power etc.Thats when the nightmare started. Canceled phones and net destroyed sim cards paid outstanding account and returned modem promptly.this was Feb.late Feb they told us they had changed us to prepay.We told them no point we destroyed Sims numbers not active and we had new numbers despite repeated calls emails etc they still send us monthly bills and now threaten to cut us off lol.calls are a pain and I expect come through call center overseas with reps barely speaking english

You have that right about speaking English i dumped 2degrees two months ago the sent me a bill this is no bull for -1cent two days ago

You are far better off we are the same using the best and cheapest way possible JUST NOT 2degrees

I been using skinny for internet for the last 6yr. I hate bs line charges they are a scam. I only use prepaid never trust those companies paying contracts they always have a way of screwing u. If ur Sim gets compromised it's only a Sim & a $40 for 2 days unlimited. Sometimes my modem bypass the speed limit on the plan it's nice having Fibre speeds threw the cell tower they can't track u either.

Always been wise to it. Pre paid the only way these days I rather pay as I go I own it that way no hidden charges the mongrel f will sting u. The old condition to rip people off & they will pay it.

They will do that I know couple other people who got stung like that threw the bundled phone deal scam they run

Yip got that they made out she were using data she only uses it for txt and phone they wouldnt refund it not on your life

It's why if I can go prepaid I will these days. U never know how they use ur data fir tracking or ie ur Mrs being stung by a r3 occurring bill. Scum companies like that u boycott warn as many. I only promote the good companies these days sparks become scammy again. Skinny I hope stays the way it is

We shifted house and i had the tech man here to set up the internet and house phone.They wanted to charge me $160 to send some one out to fix a fault that was at their end not ours.i had no phone line or internet for 5 days i demanded a refund and what came back was a bill to prepay for the internet that i didnt have.We are now with Spark

The funniest part is i still get a bill for -0.1cent maybe i need to find a one cent coin and cut it in half or something

Return it with a drafted laywers letter seems to work I treat. I know someone withna business yrs ago got screwed by 2deg& Vodafone so he had his lawyer m8 draft the letter with compensation claims of lost business etc. Think after a couple letters back n forth the bill was wiped the business was blacklisted by 2deg. Lol another skinny customer all on prepaid. I use to have a traveling modem I use to take with me if I ever went away meant I always had an internet Hotspot. It's great with my gaming pc stopping my teenager getting it hacked loosing everything.

Yes they double charged my bill years ago, they said they would correct it butt they never did so i went back to Vodafone
