Can I send someone Gold membership

A couple of people I shared some fun with have not renewed their Gold membership but are still active daily am I able to send them a Gold membership to show my appreciation.

You can send them a voucher. There is a Voucher tab on the main page.
You prepay the membership and you add there user name and it sends them a link to redeem said gift. Done it a few times myself. Simple and easy.

Voucher page says it's under reconstruction and will be ready 10 Oct 20 ? So looks like there is an issue with it as it isn't working for me.
