Any other older gents find that even if they get an erection, and sometimes orgasm, they can't ejaculate?

Yeah prostate removed. Improved erections over time but never ejaculate. Still get a nice orgasm but partners sometimes unsure

yes thats one side effect of a prostrate op but ive found even though i dont produce any cum the orgasm is mighty intense

Yes, it’s a side effect from anti depressants. Doesn’t always happen but it does. Make sure you tell your partner it’s definitely not her.

Yes, I was on Venafaxine. As soon as I found out about this unwanted side effect, I weaned myself off them!

Yea… some antidepressants more than others…nortriptyline and amitriptyline can be the worst… and permanent dysfunction… look up cyproheptadine or periactin… used for other things buuut I found counteracts the above when needed.. aaand then i swapped to welbrutin(zyban) after pushing doc to get outside the square….. never looked back…

Minute I turned 40, I went from a five minute man, too over a hour of being able to pump but not cum, wish I had that stamina when I was younger, I liv it.
