Chch friends, male only

Hi all. I have a female friend who is 57, she is a nice woman and has a good heart. She is very shy though and hasn't lived in Chch for long so has no friends/support. Not the perfect place to ask but can anyone direct me to a organization that could help? Or a good man around that age that would be friends?
Any help/direction be appreciated, and NO guys she's not avail to be used/abused and dumped etc etc
