Bareback BJ.....How safe is it?
Discussion - started by Panther43b, posted on 21-Apr-17 10:44AM
I see more and more escorts advertising they offer BB BJ and full service. I'm pretty sure STIs can transmit to and from mouths. But to all you cocksuckers out there how risky is it really?

There is risk. There is risk in everything.
Posted on 21-Apr-17 11:41AM
Even risk in kissing but no one pays any notice
Posted on 21-Apr-17 11:47AM
Well, certainly there is risk if you try to kiss me....

?There is little to no risk of getting or transmitting HIV from oral sex.
?Other STDs and hepatitis can be transmitted during oral sex.

Risk of HIV

The chance an HIV-negative person will get HIV from oral sex with an HIV-positive partner is extremely low. However, it is hard to know the exact risk because a lot of people who have oral sex also have anal or vaginal sex. The type of oral sex that may be the riskiest is mouth-to-penis oral sex. But the risk is still very low, and much lower than with anal or vaginal sex.

Though the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex is low, several factors may increase that risk, including sores in the mouth or vagina or on the penis, bleeding gums, oral contact with menstrual blood, and the presence of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Risk of Other Infections

Other STDs, such as syphilis, herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia, can be transmitted during oral sex. Anilingus can also transmit hepatitis A and B, intestinal parasites like Giardia, and bacteria like E. coli.

Amazingly HIV is actually very hard to contract, to catch it, you've got to be exposed to the virus the most unlucky person in the world :) but the siff, gonrea, hurpies n warty stuff are actually surprisingly contagious, warts being probably the most contagious of them all and no one seems to worry about it,
Posted on 21-Apr-17 11:34PM
Yep and most males don't show any signs of being infected so a visual check isn't enough.
Also warts can be dormant under the skin so you don't know you have them and are easily passed on.
I'm this case sharing is not caring.

I remember some of the pictures we had in pre-med health. Dudes dick with what can only be explained as a giant Brown / black cauliflower growing off it, some chicks vag but it looked like it was covered in white crusty tarseal. Ohh and coldsores that even Photoshop couldn't fix :D
Posted on 22-Apr-17 12:14AM
But you're right, most people don't show any signs for most stds and stis till they are quite well advanced. The most contagious time is when you show no symptoms,

I have read there are no known cases of hep c or hiv being transmitted via oral sex. Hep b can be transmitted via bodily fluids other than blood but I don't the risk of infection from oral. Overall my understanding is the risk of getting a life threatening still
is extremely low. Off course that does not rule out other sti's. AIDS foundations would be best source of info

As I said above, those extracts came from the CDC website.

Centre for Disease Control.

ALL hepatitis can be transmitted via oral sex or even kissing, saliva is a fluid by the way , and what a coincidence , its in the mouth

Hep c is blood to blood transferred. Only quoting one significant us gov site. The transmission through unprotected sex of hep c was 3% in those having multiple unprotected exposure via vaginal intrecourse and that they were not aware of any recorded transmission via oral sex. Anal posed higher risk. Blood to blood contact poses an extreme risk. Far higher than hiv. Hep b I don't know much about. Hep A is via fecal contamination and more easily treated. But why debate it just put on a rubber!

You say your only here for working girls. If that is so then you will or should also know you are in the wrong discussion group to teach them. Just makes me wonder....

Most profiles day they practise safe sex. I wonder how many actually do. When I first started meeting with couples and singles lots got to the door and changed their tune. ..pass...pays to press the point.

I laugh when people use a condom for oral with men but how many use lady doms? Lick and sticks what ever you want to call them.

Posted on 27-Apr-17 9:15AM

The ending hiv website (nz aids foundarion) has a really great article about the facts - from a reality perspective about it. I cant post the link but not hard to find.
Its targets at gay and bi men but very informative for all. Interesting point to note, 1 in 15 gay or bi men in Auckland live with hiv - and its one of the hardest stis to catch. Now THAT is frightening when you look at the m2m behaviour on here!
Posted on 28-Apr-17 9:39AM
Not just m to m!! It's m2m2f2m2f.....if that makes sense
Posted on 28-Apr-17 10:28AM
Morning Celtic

It's an interesting one. Heaps of unsafe sex goes on here. You just have to look through profiles and convos.

People partner up here. Do they practise safe sex? You have no idea where "that's " been ....true story
Posted on 28-Apr-17 10:31AM
There is risk but most of us I hope try to minimise the risk. It's why we prefer straight men, nothing to do with homophobia or feeling insecure in our own sexuality.

It's also why we like to get to know who we play with and form friendships. Nothing guaranteed but we hope for openess and honesty.
Posted on 28-Apr-17 10:41AM
Agreed, I dont play with people that dont routinely use condoms for sex with extras. Its partially because I like sane people with self respect, and partially as a risk reduction strategy. Its not usually hard to tell, those who dont use them often usually cant use them in the crunch.
Most 'straight' men on here are anything but. However getting to know someone a little at least gives you a chance to be comfortable with them.

I will honest here and say while I have always used protection during intercourse. During all my oral sex experiences (hetero) I have never had protected oral infact until I got into my mid thirties the topic was never even raised by either partner. While I only have a handful partners per year I have never had an sti and I get regular check ups. This is both receiving and giving. I of course would not be opposed if this was preferred.

In fact access to protection for eating puss is extremely difficult? Yet all the guys/gals going down without dental dams is never discussed during any sit prevention I'm aware of?

Guessing your not getting much mate.
Posted on 30-Apr-17 9:08AM
yeah 'true story' for sure.... I also have issue with the profiles that have so many pictures of unsheathed sex in all its forms. ..and so proud of them - touting there accomplishments like a badge of honour... BUT have safe sex symbol on profile and say when asked 'but of course I use condoms' and seem highly affronted that you ask...

But its all in the name of 'FUN' right!!? Spice up my life The outright uncaring promiscuous nature of merry band of fuckers. .. male and female
So do they truly respect their own health or that of others!? Short term memory for momentary gain (or is it!)
The seemingly face value trust of another - blind foolishness - either one are there for same reason and so many are street wise (caney)enough to gage person across from them and say exactly what they figure the other is wanting to hear....

So folks, which part is true, the photo or the statement which or whom do you believe if any

How about mmmf or mmfm
It's all
M 2 F or F 2 M
With multiples comes increased fun and highly increased transference either way, carried and passed on knowingly (you'd want to shoot the fucker if so) or unknowingly .... hand mouth penis toys sharing and caring
Just good clean fun yep 'true story'
