It is about 2 km from Kati Kati township and is private, has plenty of space for camping, has cabins, nice pool area, kitchen and overall a very pleasant quiet relaxing environment.

Everybody is friendly, ablution blocks are both sexes ie showers in rows with no divisions which is normal.

They require good public behaviour and there are quite a few permanent residents as well as alot of regular people that come there.

You will have a great time, only good behaviour is tolerated. Greta place to start out.

My partner is a nudist and would love to go out for a weekend but I am far too chicken. Never done anything like that before and would be embarassed exposing my body like that, but are curious.

They are ok with curious people, just go with an open mind and go as far as you feel comfortable. I saw a lady there once who only got down to her nickers, nobody cared, she had a good time.

Were ex naturist members and they don't worry if people go and stay fully clothed, often have people like that in the clubs.

My wife wouldn't strip completely at first till she felt comfortable with it and no-one was worried.

While its a nudist club there's no hard fast rule that people there HAVE to get naked ... so go along, enjoy the fellowship of some awesome people and enjoy yourself

the public perception is its a place for swingers? But I'm guessing that seldom happens really? And its just a place for sun lovers like on a beach in Mediterranian lol?

Naturism has nothing to do with swinging, or vice versa!
I can qualify this having spent many years being both, there is no crossover, Naturism isn't sexual. Much closer on the sun lovers on a Med Beach (don't we wish!)

I did end up going in Feb, was great, was nice weather, didnt rain, but a little cloud, spent 1 night there, and just relaxed, had a swim, minigolf etc,

It was my friends first time anywhere nude, and she took to it really well, in fact, I only just got there and next thing you know she was naked, and walking round exploring the park

That is so cool that your friend took to it so easily. You do feel so comfortable there and I know I felt out of place being clothed when I first got there and wanted to get nude asap. Well done you and your friend I hope you both want to go again

Have been there many times. The majority of people there are of average to well above average size.
However, everyone I have met there are really nice people and no-one give a toss about your shape.

Hi, I am larger, and my friend was a bit too,

no one cares, I walked round from our chalet to the stream, played mini golf, had a swim, and didnt even think of my size, but put me on a public beach and ask me to take my shirt off and its not happening

I figure you only have to do it once to be comfortable.... I will be very nervous but excited at the same time.
Posted on 26-Apr-12 9:43PM
I have been a naturist for about 4 years now. I was really nervous at first as I am a VERY large person. I joined the free beach group, in chch and met some of my best friends, who remain friends even now we are scattered across the country.
I was the biggest female there, My hubby is one of the smallest guys! Honestly NO ONE cared. I have never met a more accepting group of people in my life than in the naturist groups I have taken part in. Somehow in taking off your clothes it seems to strip people of the need to judge on appearances and they actually get to know you for who you are.
I hope you Ladies do get your courage to give it a go, its a great lifestyle and surley anything is worth a go!

Hey thanks heaps for that.. I too am very large and thats what has been scaring me... Great to know its not an issue

atleast you females dont show if you like what you see lol
Posted on 28-Apr-12 8:47AM
thats what i was worried about the first time i did it on a nude beach, and then at the nude hotpools night, and going again tonight :) hope its nice weather for it
Posted on 28-Apr-12 9:06AM
ha ha Yeah hubby had quite a problem with this to start off with. Especially any time he had to touch me! He has huge trouble rubbing sunscrean lotion into my back as his body is used to being naked with me meaning he is gonna get lucky lol. I usually will make an effort to just shield him from view for a few minutes til he calms down.
It does happen occasionally with the guys, we usually all ignore it, give them a chance to "think of england" and it goes away. You would likely be asked to leave if you were waving it around or 'using' it lol. This is family friendly stuff!
Eventually you do get so used to it that it doesn't happen any more often than if you saw a fully clothed attractive fe/male walking down the street.

I was walking down to the office once with my partner and she started whispering stuff in my ear...I had to turn around and walk back to the cabin as my cock was atleast parallel to the ground at that stage
