Who doesn't love a Hat!

From a Bow to a Bowler and everything in between, slap something on your head and come enjoy another meeting.

These Gatherings are to suit all types and reasons for meeting, from a social evening chatting and enjoying supper, through to play in our multi purpose space.

From lockable private rooms to comfortable play rooms, the small dark space, or the dungeon with swing and orgy space...

We provide all supplies, you bring an open mind, let the evening take you where you wish.

Couples and single females only please, we do have a long list of single males who would like to attend and will select as many as suitable depending on the numbers projected.

We hold parties as well as offering the house for private meetings, both daytime trysts and overnight encounters, when it is available.

Overnight accommodation is available after parties if booked prior, this will be $40 per room accommodating up to two guests

To make these events successful we need your support and ongoing feedback.
