BLACK MARKS

Black marks are issued by the NZP administrator. The issuance of a black mark is decided upon when a complaint is laid and an objective investigation has been carried out. This decision is taken with fairness in mind and the decision is final. Black marks are serious and should not be ignored. If you receive a message from someone who has a black mark, we advise you to be cautious when communicating with them.
Please note that gold members can automatically block those who have black marks, and anyone who has more than 10 black marks against their name will lose the ability to make first contact with anyone.

Black marks are issued to people who:

  • Bully or abuse other members
  • Threaten other members
  • Are obnoxious, abusive or aggressive
  • Post highly offensive or objectionable messages
