Do you like where you live in this beautiful country we call home?!
I'm thinking of moving to another part of nz. Just deciding on where!

The Kapiti Coast. A little slice of paradise, beautiful quiet beaches, amazing locals, great cafes, and only an hour from Wellington. What more could you possibly want?

Hi. I was just curious. Do you travel alone or with a group of gypsies? Are there a number of gypsies travelling New Zealand? Are a number of them into swinging? Lily x

We've lived in BoPlenty, Welly, Auckland, now settled just out of Hamilton which we love.
It's within 2 hours of Auck, both coasts, bush, and 15 mins from Hamilton.
Posted on 15-Feb-21 12:56PM
we have given up on the fairs working on our own plan now still traveling tho
Posted on 15-Feb-21 1:16PM
I couldn't see myself doing it. Ok if you have a home base that you own. But not good if renting.
Posted on 15-Feb-21 1:57PM
we just have our bus no base but stay around canterbury in the winter to catch up with family then head off again in september
Posted on 15-Feb-21 2:47PM
I don't think I could get all my crap and materials and tool in a bus.

Spent 6.5 out of 8 years living in hotels across the nation due to work. Hence the username peripatetic. Every few weeks a different location.. I thoroughly enjoyed Wellington due to the city life (was my longest stop of 3 weeks at a time between the islands), just watch out for the wind 🌬️

INvervegas can get such a bad rap, but it is a great place to live. I left there to live a new life experience in central Otago.

I agree with you, I also had better times in the south island. So you're a bit of traveller like I was pre covid. Nice to hear people are still travelling around.

Lots to see in the south, lovely places.
