Many options available! Ladies Bay is quick and easy to access, great if you're happy around others, it can be reasonably popular at times, most there are very open minded, you don't need to be discreet at all.
Pohutukawa is more secluded, if that's your preference, but takes a good 15min walk from the road on the hill above. Great for a swim and you can lie out in the open or on the beach under the trees where its slightly secluded and a bit of discreet naughtiness often happens.
Orpheus is a bit of a drive past Titirangi and it's quite nice but last time there were fishermen and a small group of Asian sightseers there which required a bit of discretion.
There's also Piha, Northern end, which I haven't been to for many years but really should!
Always happy to meet up at these places if anyone is feeling nervous about going alone.

I use to frequent Murphys bush years ago and use to get some fun with guys there years ago. Not sure what it’s like now with all the development around there.

Half way between the campground and the golf course, should be nude bods all around. Just avoid the stress directly in front of the campground - loss of families and kids there.
